Photodex ProShow (producer). You can use images and videos, add transitions, styles and your own music. Check it out:
Look at the samples and the expansion packs. They also have a couple other editions, but I've only seen this one in action. My sis used it for her *cough*corny*cough* emotive wedding video that was played at the reception.
I personally think animoto and the likes are cheesy, but this software is pretty decent for the non-pro user.

I've paid a pro account subscription so I can use animoto, I'm very pleased since the rendering is on their server.

I've personally found After Effects very complicated to use and rendering takes huge ammounts of time. If you need 5 videos/day, even with a mid-high-end computer you'll still be rendering for many hours, or if you have funding you could buy on fiverr a few videos.
