Video Streaming Site

Hello.

I am looking for recommendations on how to set up a Video Streaming Site. The videos may contravene DMCA and so will have to be hosted offshore. I will also need anonymous payments.

The site I want to emulate is tvlinks.cc .

I believe I can host the site offshore and stream the videos from another source (maybe Jetload.tv).

Any advice most appreciated.
