Video sites that allow to create hyperlinks.

I was wondering if some one could share with us a list of video sites that could allow us to create hyperlinks on them, just like YouTube. For instance metacafe and photobucket, they do not allow you to create hyperlinks. Anyone who could tell me more about all this please. I will be waiting for further responses.
