Video Sites that allow Link in Description

Apart from Youtube, what video sites allow for an external link in the description? I was not aware that Dailymotion does not allow links.

One of our members posted a thread in which he listed over 200
video sharing sites. You will have to check them out to see if you
can put a description with your video.
