Video site - How to monetize?

Hi, I have a video site where i embed some videos each day. The site is 1 month old and got about 1500 visitors in the past month with 12000views. Traffic (in order) from philippines, thailand, india, uae, us, and some more asian countries.
How can i monetize it?

adsense clicks are one way of course, but they are usually very low priced for that niche. Search movie sites here on BHW and you'll find a lot of info. Seems that a gateway would be the best option, that's what I use.

Yeah, adsense sucks. Can you elaborate on the gateway thing?

I installed some offers so that when they click to go to the video page to see it, it will popup the offers 15segs after the page loads.
Getting really low clicks with that....
