I don't get how some videos come out into google top3 without backlinks, social signals. And seems that guy is repeating the same with new videos... Really interesting..

actually i have my video on position 3 in google for a 22,200 monthly search keyword , and i haven't done any seo or backlinking to it

The ranking algo is extremely weird and I've seen very similar things myself. I do believe amount of subs a channel has and overall account age and standing do get factored into this.
