Video script that encode videos itself like youtube?

Hello guys.

I am looking for a video sharing script that allows me to upload my videos ( to host it in my server) and will make the encoding itself!

Lets say I have lots of mp4 videos and I want to uplaod it in the script and the script encode the video to flv like in youtube and in megavideo!

What ever you upload with any type youtube will convert it and encoding it to flv and reduce the space of the video.

So where could I found a sharing video script like that?

how many videos do you have? niches? copyrights?
if you have really big and interesting collection i will help you to set up residual adsense income with them
