Video restricted to Germany?

So I uploaded a song to youtube and it automatically got restricted to be only viewable in Germany. There is tons of songs on there that are viewable in the U.S., why did my song get restricted to be viewable only in Germany?

Another funny thing is, even if I name the song "Testing" and don't put any reference to the song anywhere, it automatically recognizes the song. Is this a new youtube algorithm that can't be bypassed or why is this happening?

Youtube's system checks the audio of the video to automatically put the iTunes, Andoird market links to buy it.

If the system finds the song is restricted in certain countries, It's automatically blocked.

No, that's reverse. They restrict the video to all the countries except for germany.
