Got the classic message, your video is against TOS and I have to send an appeal to get it back up. The weird part is that the video didn't get taken down. I still sent an appeal, and its been pending for weeks. Is this a weird glitch where they system thought it was against TOS but they noticed it was not, and forgot to remove the appeal?

Why are you worried if the video is still up? Did the reach drop to 0 as well? If not then most probably a glitch.

I uploaded a video with background music that is a popular song. Within seconds, I got an email from Instagram that they had automatically removed my video because they detected the music as copyrighted. I hope you understand thank you
