Video Recording + Watermarking Software

Is there any video recording software around that allows you to do the following:

We would like to make screen captures of lets say a video that is playing on a laptop. We want to be able to insert a watermark in our recording while playing it.

The final step would be to extract GIFs from that video. Must be of a reasonable size, meaning not too big for social media platforms.

Any recommendations?

How user friendly would you say this program is? I'm looking for something that allows me to do this task within 5 min, and one with a not too high of a learning curve.

Might have to give the trial a try.
 
I bet there are many tools like that, try to search like screen recording software and try one by one.
 
yes, camtasia is best choice for you, you can embed the watermark, export to gif and record the screen & voice.
I am using camtasia 8.04 and the latest version now is 9.0 ( tons of motion graphic included but the fee isnot low :D )

Thanks! I'll give the free trial version a try. I figure it should be worth it if it does what I want it to do.

Let's see how it pans out.

from google you will found crack version install that and watch some tutorials ... camtasia is very easy software in learn and work :)
