Video producer / editing with screenshots and effects?

We are producing videos at the moment, 2 - 3 per week but the problem is that beside just to get a logo on the top there is no one that can do really nice videos, where you see the speaker but also screenshots from the websites slight ind and overlap, same with music in the background etc... you know... professional videos.

Someone into this stuff for affordable pricing?
