Video Monetisation

Hi!
Could you please help me with such matter?
I have a fan page on Facebook, the majority of followers are Ukrainians. Can I turn off Monetisation for my page? If yes, what is required for this? Screenshot is attached

Monetisation is not on at the moment for that page as it has not done all the steps needed i would not worry about it as you still have to sign up for ad breaks so just run the page how you want and if down the road you want ad breaks just go to the studio page and you will find an invite from FB to join
