video Marketing Help required

I am stepping into video marketing. Have few questions:

How to do you create videos? Do you outsource them? Are you using slide based videos?

Secondly, do you make unique videos? or create 1 video and have 10-20 different variations of that same video? If yes, then do you just change the titles and descriptions, keeping the video same? or changing the video too.

Are you using same account or multiple accounts?

For example, I want to promote a CPA offer? How should I start and go about it and get success?

Like, how to create a good quality video(which converts)
then, should I direct link to the offer or create a squeeze page? If squeeze page, how to create that?
And which offers converts well with CPA

A good, detailed guide from an experienced person is highly appreciated

No one knows about video marketing?

It's not the field I specialize in most... However i think that you should outsource the videos using fiverr as the people there will give you the best value for your money. In addition you should create a number of videos, I guess five is a good number as each video relates to other people depending on what their characteristics are. In terms of account I think that you should start with one or two accounts and see how it goes... Then you can add others in the future.
