windows movie maker has that capability. very simple software with minimal learning curve. microsoft killed it but you can still grab it from mirrors.
adobe premier pro is a popular & powerful tool to get the job done.
openshot is the open source solution.

Currently using movie maker but I have not found that function yet. I will check it now.

This wont work with the new setup link.
Since now they use Email Password for activation rather than the codes.
