Video index and seo

I am making a site that indexes videos from youtube and dailymotion without descriptions. I guess am going to have problems with SEO. If i add a short comments to this video, will be enough to google?

you need as much content as possible. the more content on a page, the better will do this for seo.

If you are thinking to use few words for description, than this description should have the words you want to rank for.

so for example if you want to rank for the keyword "taking a hike", than you should place this "taking a hike" in your description as well.
