Video Hoster Affiliate after Closing of Streamcloud etc.

Hi!

Do you know any video hosters, that still pay on a PPV basis? Streamcloud, Rapidvideo, Streamcherry, Streamango, all of them closed within the last few weeks because of "online advertising revenue falling". I can't imagine that as more and more people buy ads online so the prices should be on an all time high.

I would be interested in hearing you guys opinions!
