So I was on Steam, a popular game platform. Theres also keys on Kinguin for cheap games. Anyways, I bought a couple simulators.
-Car Mechanic Simulator
-Electrician Simulator
Next Im getting a House flipping one!

Its funny because everywhere I worked they did not train much at all. You can learn more from a video game. Relying on people has gotten me nowhere farther in life. Any other good ones?

Similar experience for me

-FPS Games
How to be a good soldier during my real training

There aren't any games that come to mind, but I've always liked the idea of video games as a way to teach skills.

Out of curiosity, have you tried any type of electrical or automotive repair work since playing those games?

Yes. Also, I was trying to buy more but my bank did not like the virtual purchases for some reason, kept blocking spend.

So I was just getting started, the were showing me the interface. Like for the car one, I notice its just a demo mode version. Demo version means of course that I wasn't getting the full version and that's why very soon I will buy the newer FULL version.

Car Mechanic simulator: I just went at it on a Honda or something quick with me in a run down garage, turned on the radio, went to the PC and shopped parts. Learned many new parts and began pulling and swapping parts on a shitty car. I have high expectations for this game, after what I have seen though it has immersed myself in a new universe. Cheap and cool graphics, value buys on lots of these serials.

Electrician simulator: Starts out you selling things in game mode, that's as far as it got, I located items around the garage. Cool graphics for what I'm use to. Cheap buy.

Goat Simulator - really teaches you how to experience being a goat.

Sims is a life simulator, farm simulator, train simulator, Microsoft flight Simulator, Euro truck seems really close to real life, mud and snow runner with their terrain challanges those are a few I know, also you can try contruction simulation with skyline maybe not the best one but you can have fun with all the micro management.
