Video Flagging Service?

I've done some searching on BHW and elsewhere and have had trouble finding this, so I figured I'd make a post.

Problem:
I have a client who has some old videos that he wants taken down from youtube, but he doesn't have the login credentials (or emails to obtain them).

Does anyone know of a service that can flag down videos to get them off youtube?
The videos are not super popular/authority vids. Just normal videos.

I don't know if there's such a service (I believe someone does that) but most of the YouTube softwares can do that.
