video embed isn't responsive?

For example:

When I see it on my mobile, I see this:

I used the media button to add the video.

Please see if this can be fixed, coz scrolling on that thread is very annoying.

It's easy to fix... I guess.

having 100% max width for embeds should do the trick..

and.. iphone should have the same issue, but I am not 100% sure.

Default chrome on android (Version 88.0.4324.181 on android 10) has this bug. My iphone simulator's (ios 14.4) safari also renders it the same way...

If I recall correctly, this was an old issue that is now fixed.
