You will get DMCA'd frequently if you start ranking (I have to respond to many per day), and you're almost always in a legal grey area with scraper tubes because you WILL end up with illegal content on your site and you can't compete with other tubes if you follow every stupid rule (for example "confirm 18+" pop-ups, no tube site uses those, every single one technically should)

However the odds anyone will expend significant legal resources coming after you are pretty low if you just remove content when people ask.
