Video Editor

I agree with everyone saying Adobe Premiere. I've been hawking the program for over a decade, especially during the Final Cut Pro renaissance, but it's just so damn solid. It can be as easy or complex as you need it to be, and the principles are so universal (as far as non-linear editing platforms go) that it's easy to transfer what you learn from that program to another one. Deadpool, I believe, was edited on Adobe Premiere.

i am using Windows movie maker along with Gimp image editor to make some Business in youtube

Did you try Adobe Premier for Windows 8?
I tried it and got very good and effective results from it. I think you must have to try it.

Premiere Pro would be the "best" but is probably total overkill for basic editing (cuts, transitions, added audio).
After Effects is needed if you want to mess about with handmade special effects, that is not at all basic.

Virtual Dub is cheap and powerfull with scripting but learning curve is a bit steep.

You probably want something easy and cheap. Pinnacle Studio 19.5 @ $59.95 will probably do what you need for "basic" editing.
