Video editor app that cuts video into multiple clips BUT each with individual length

Title says it pretty much.

This feature is interesting if you want to use youtube videos for IG.

There are apps which let you cut a video into multiple clips at once but all at the same length.

If you have for example a prank video, not every part is 30 seconds. Some are 14, some are 27 and so on.

Currently you would have to cut a 27 second part from the 15 minute video and then repeat the action for each clip on the individual length and then repeat the action for each clip. Very time consuming.

It would be quicker if you could select a video, place markers for each clip and then export all clips at once.
