Video editing

noobish question, but I'll ask anyway. Is there an Android or online app I can use to make a text video, but with one video background throughout the whole thing? Tried lumen5 and invideo, but you have to use a separate video for every slide/section. Looking to focus on making shorts

Inshot is a good editing software.
