Premiere and Davinci are a bigger learning curve that Capcut also they cost more money. Capcut is free unless you want pro and AI effects.

if you want to edit in a desktop, i recommend adobe premier. but if you're okay editing in a mobile device, capcut is already enough.

It depends on whether you're aiming for short or long videos. If you specialize in Reels and short videos and need something quick and easy, use CapCut. If you need something more professional, use Premiere Pro + After Effects.

there are more advanced programs out there but OpenShot portable has always met my needs for basic video editing, like for youtube videos
