What is the most important area of the video to blur/crop and avoid copyright infringment?
Score and teams name box?
Tv channel name?

What's thethe think the system detect is is a sports video and has copyright?

Some of the methods I know of are mirroring the video, slightly reducing tone/coloring, speeding or slowing the video down slightly to avoid flagging copyright.

If you're stealing sports content make sure to blur the logo of the broadcaster. Also as @Icey Dan mentioned mirroring, cropping, changing speed and color works.
Also make sure that you don't use original audio, because they get detected easily.

When it comes to the audio which is the most difficult part, you can pitch the audio and change its speed. Try zooming the video itself. Do some split testing
