I download movies on netflix to my computer. Then dub my country's native voice into that video. Does it violate copyright or not? Sorry my English is not very good

Of course Yes.

And why are you doing this? Where are you planning to upload them after doing that?

If it's for educational purposes I guess you can invoke fair use. You can't use it for commercial purposes that's for sure.

it violate copyright

To answer your question! Yes, it does violate copyright! Will the video get removed from Youtube ? Highly likely, yes!

Does that mean you can't make money from this ? Well, I had an idea, why don't you create your own movie site and use a content locker and try and use that to monetise the dubbed videos.

Please bear in mind, this is Blackhat but if your going to do this, then that's the approach I would use.

Good Luck!

If you use an external program to get the video and save it in your computer yes it violate copyright, but if you are using the download option from Netflix and only using netflix everything is ok, but saving a copyright video without permision there is a problem.
