Video disappeared from Youtube SERPS

Sorry if this has been answered before, but is it normal to have your video disappear from the Youtube SERPS? Video is still up, but it hasn't been listed in the serps for the past 24-48 hours.

most likely it is dancing, but also could be penalized if you did something bad.. so did you?

also how old is the video?

Did you by any chance buy a few thousand YT views? I have seen this happen to new videos with thousands of fake views.

This happens, especially if you fire a lot of stuff on it at once, including backlinks. It may be in "limbo" for 3 - 5 days, but eventaully, it will reappear ranked.

Something similar happened with one of my video when i bought 75000 backlinks and stopped sending views after the penguin update i noticed that my ranks dissappeared

It's just a dance, it did happened to me before but my video is back after 3 days, just keep adding views and likes and backlinks and it'll be back with a better ranking

I have the same experience, I ordered backlinks for my video and the video disappeared from youtube for 2-3 days. Then again, the video appeared on the higher position.

its probably just dance, but dont stop to feed views else it could be penalized.

Thanks for the replies.

Yeah, it's a new video (2 days old) and as of now has around 13,000 views. I was and am still using using Vagex views and additionally ordered 10,000 mobile retention views from a seller on this forum.

I guess I'll keep sending the vagex views and hopefully I'll be added back to the Youtube SERPs within a week.

Bro. i had the same problem but it's ranking in my point of view, One of my video was in serps 4th page. but few days it's disappeared on serp when i checked today it's in 3rd rank So be patience and try to give more social signals to your video

Update: Video came back with a HUGE serp increase. I'm going to try some social signals and see if this will give it a bigger boost.

I think this is an awesome topic even though its a little old, but I've always wonder why my videos disappear from the SERP but I never seem to get a clear answer from anybody until I found this thread. By the way what do you guys mean when you say "It's Dancing"?

"It's Dancing" means that the rank of the video changes, goes up and down.
