What is the best way to create an advertising video that brings sales to your store? is it better to make videos by yourself or use an agency? and which agency or video-creating platform do you recommend? thanks

I think TikTok is very promising in this department. I just love the way TikTok pushes advertisements, it's very eye catchy and makes the viewer/potential customer very curious.
 
All Platforms can bring you lots of traffic but you need to know how to use that platform.

Making quality videos is very hard, you must know how to use video editing software efficiently. You may be able to make a quality video yourself, but it will be either out of pure luck or by wasting so much time in trial and error that it will end up being counter-productive.

Well facebook is filled with crap videos, and people are making tons of sales from it.

If the product to be advertised is good, you only need to attract attention and generate interest; a percentage of people will seek it out like ants to a piece of bread. It's not so much about knowing how to edit like a film editor or doing complicated things, it's simply about analyzing the market and the algorithm and acting intelligently.
 
With filmora or capcut you can create yourself..get help ideas and other things from chatgpt...ofc ipu can outsource.to agency if you want but it costly
