So I have an idea of making nature videos, and make channel on YouTube for living, but its youtube, and everybody can reupload it.
Is there any way I can make my videos not being stolen?
And if people on the local news want to use it, how can I get my money for that?

You have to give a unique Message in your video. otherwise its will be copyrighted
and youtube will be down your channel in future.
For more info you have to read : youtube.com/yt/copyright/

You could watermark your videos. Also I am pretty sure youtube has an auto detect feature.

I think a combination of a watermark(in your video), a unique message, as well as creating a overall brand will likely protect your videos from being copied. So for example, instead of upload video as "John Doe123", creating and upload videos with a company type name like "nature xyz" etc, and make open your video by showing your brand or logo.
