Hello Good People

I have a page and posted videos from different source but few videos hit by the copyright law (ViralHog, JukinMedia etc.) and down by Facebook!

So is there anyway or kind of software by which before posting in my page I can check whether it'lll down by Facebook or not ?

Your suggestions will be the life saving of my page <3

Sincerely

may be don't steal their videos? usually they have their logo on videos so you can identify if a video is owned by them.

No there is no such software If you are picking videos online, unless they specify "No Copyright Reserved", you are going to end with copyright strike sooner or later.

nah, guys, i can see you got no experience w jukinmedia claims. unfortunately i have. their videos never have logos, i got hit for a video i got off of Cheddar's instagram with cheddar logo in the corner, uploaded it to insta > FB page and within 24 hrs the video was taken down, i got blocked blah blah blah. so i do some research, find 7 websites + a twitter acct independently hosting the same video posted between 2015 and 2019. the video was created in 2015, jukin bought the licensing rights in nov 2019 and i got hit in feb 2020. didnt matter the logo was from cheddar - these guys were relentless. i filed counterclaim w fb and they got back to me saying they could not make a decision, i can only negotiate with jukin. so i paid and everything was fine.
same thing happened last week on another page of mine. same scenario - got a post off of someone's insta acct, posted on fb, got blocked > and i immediately headed to the jukin site to buy the damn video. those guys (not viralhog tho ) buy old videos already posted everywhere, store them on their servers, and then wait to see all the fish filling up their nets. game over.

how much did you pay them? Viralhog is trying to charge me $500 to remove a copyright strike I received for a video I posted 2+ months ago, but I have to file paperwork and all...

I agree with all you said, it's going to be difficult to grow a facebook page to 500,000+ likes with companies like Viralhog, Jukin, taking everything down...

Better question.. are your FB pages still alive?

Just upload from a different account and check if it gets flagged.

You will need to do more work on the vedio so it won't be strick by copyright.
Get good editing software, import the vedio, create your own logo, place it ontop to cover the previous one. And render or export the vedio. If it dose not have logo just place your own logo.

By doing this you will avoid been strick by copyright.
