Can you explain what you mean a little better? You want to covert video formats?

yes, eg. mp4 to flv, to avi etc...

coverting them online, bit like zamzar

I have here a tool that was downloadable that converts YouTube songs into MP3 songs.

i have never seen a simple script that you can integrate into a webpage. most use a tool called ffmpeg and the webpage only as frontend

He's looking for a script not a website that converts youtube videos into Mp3.. if he wanted that he could of Googled it...
