Is there any network left who offers video lock - install plugin, for example: visitor gets message that video plugin is missing and in order to watch a video, visitor needs to install a certain file.
I have heard that perinstallcash offers this kind of option but at the moment their registration is temporarily disabled.
There was also one network who offered only this kind of option but I can not remember which one... but they also had registration disabled (7 months ago).
