Video chopping tool

Don't know if this is the place to ask for such thing, but here it goes

I'm looking for a program that could chop a long video ( like 1 hour ) into 6 parts of 10 minutes at once, and if possible, add a watermark on all 6 parts of the videos at once, so i could upload them so much faster to youtube.

Does anyone know a program that would do that?

allok video splitter is pretty good i think you can choose slipt the video in x many same lenght / split every x seconds , so would be split every 600 sec and you would 6 pieces of 600 sec vids

only bad thing is it cannot open flv =/

I have it, but it takes an awfull lot of time to chop the videos.
Is it normal to take so long ?
