Hello , I want to make a website where random people can chat with each other (one on one) possibly (but not completely)with some paid features (payment systems integration and etc) , specfically for my country, something like Omegle but limited only to one country .

I am nearly a noob in web developing and stuff so I need a realistic price for setting and running this kind of website. Any info is welcomed, Thx in advance dear marketing gurus !)

omegle already exists. As a noob i doubt you could pull this off successfully. it will take a lot of power to stream live video back and forth

Mate , Omegle is International , My idea is with a twist, to make it specifically for my country . Ofc I dont expect much traffic from the start ,though I can make it famous on a whole country in a few weeks, (buying some ads on famous national fb pages etc), and it canbe a BANG in the long term because this will be unique ...
