Just made a little , lets call it a mix on youtube. Tittled it
TOP & BEST HITS POP/DANCE/HOUSE/CLUB MEGA MIX 2012
Just came home to finish upload , sent it to few friends and one said he got this
"This video contains content from WMG, Zooland_Music, Ultra Records (MVR), EMI, Ministry of Sound UK (Base79), Bliss Corporation and The Saifam Group, one or more of whom have blocked it on copyright grounds.Sorry about that."
After that , i went to description , and wrote ~fair use~ I Do Not Own Anything Everything Belongs To Its Rightful Owners~
And after that included all the owners which were included in the mix.. like
    Ministry_of_SoundKontor Records
    Kontor New Media
    Armada Music
    Ultra Records (MVR)
and so on... there are many..
But still blocked .. so im wondering , is there any way to fix this ? I know it was been possible before , any help please :)?

Ok , fixed this by doing a video dispute claim. :)

You will only temporarily fix it by filing the dispute. Unless you just get lucky, it's likely that it will be blocked again (in fact, I'm surprised that they opened it up again while your dispute is in tact). Bottom line, if you upload copyrighted content, they're likely to block you.

In some cases, your video will only be blocked in certain countries. In other cases, it will be blocked worldwide.

Disputing a claim is tricky business. I had one video that I was promoting that featured music from an internationally recognized artist with their permission - they were PART OF THE PROMOTION...and YouTube blocked it since it was previously released music and their copyright protection software just caught it immediately.

So, I filed the claim, complete with the band's approval (from them, their attorney and their record label) and it still took THREE MONTHS for the video to be opened up. At this point, the promotion was kinda shot and we had sort of moved on. It can be a real pain in the ass when you have a legit claim - be prepared for a long haul if your claim is not legit.

Are you sure video was 100% unique? Video creation is an important part and if your video contain any illegal, offensive or copied content You Tube can block it. Sad but try. Check once again before sorting out the dispute.
