Video blocked in some countries VS matched third party content. Please help.

Hi all,

Recently I uploaded a video to Youtube and it says "Video blocked in some countries". After that I changed some images and re-upload the video and now it says "Matched third party content" what are the meaning of these? But Youtube says this claim does not affect my account status.
