Video background stopped playing on WP site. Need Help pls

hello guys..a background video on my wordpress site just stopped playing and ive been trying to fix it all day but can't seem to figure where the issue is coming from. i've searched all over google but cant find anything similar...it seems like a minor issue because the video has always been playing for close to a year now. but all of a sudden i made some updates on some pages and then this stopped playing...it just shows a black screen....here is the link:

its not a issue with the video. the video is fine because it was working before. i suspect it's something with the css or html but just cant seem to locate it.
 
hmmm.. is that possible even after its been playing fine previously? i also tested the video link on its own and it shows perfectly. but when i load this page it doesnt show. it just gives a black screen..:(
 
First, nice site.

Looks like you're trying to play the whiteboard explainer video? (saw it in your source code)....have you tried simply deleting the video in the slider section, saving, then entering it in again? Also, did you try changing it to an image to see if the image appears?

As you know, themes sometimes don't play well with new wordpress updates. If all else fails, just contact the uncode theme dev team.

thanks for the complement and your help....i tried removing it and embedded the same video from vimeo...that worked but the load time was too slow. and it wouldnt give the user enough time to actually see the effect. but launching the video from my host server seems to be much faster...thats why im trying hard to get it up and running on my host server

I have checked your website and I see the video is working correctly. Is your issue fixed? If not, clear your cache.

yes it is fixed now. there was a plugin blocking the video from rendering. thanks for ur help and everyone else.
