Video and Account Banned Youtube

Hey Guys,

Had my video and account banned.

My video was a fiverr testimonial about a cpa offer and has been up for a month no problems.

I logged into the account and had 2 emails from youtube:

1st email Dec 9th:

We'd like to inform you that due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines your YouTube account xxx@gmail has been suspended. After review we determined that activity in your account violated our Community Guidelines, which prohibit spam, scams or commercially deceptive content. Please be aware that you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. For more information about account terminations and how our Community Guidelines are enforced, please visit our Help Center at


2nd email Dec 19th:

Strange that they sent out 2 emails on 2 separate dates banning the same account.

Oh well going to create another account and upload the same video with some changes.

Also when you search for my video on youtube you can still see my account in the search results and when you click on the account it says this:

This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, gaming, misleading content, or other Terms of Service violations.

YouTube does NOT take it too kindly when you BLATANTLY and DELIBERATELY try to mislead people for your own financial gain. This is why your videos won't last very long on the site. Why don't you save yourself the trouble and just change your strategy?

I've got similar videos ranked 1st page of google and no problem there, dont know why this account was hit. Also i'm not misleading anyone all im doing is talking about the benefits of the offer and directing the viewers to the offer page.

By offer do you mean SURVEYS?
