Video Ad Optins - Social Engage Alternatives?

Hey I was wondering what other software or plugins are available for facebook that are like socialengage?

I want to run a video ad with an opt in form at the bottom of the facebook post and when they enter there email they get redirected to my website.

Social engage accomplishes this, but I hear horrible things about the software not working. I was wondering what people are using to accomplish this?

Thanks for the replies guys, but not the answers I am looking for.

People are doing video ad optins on facebook, so saying that you can't use any feature is untrue.

Anyone tried socialleadcheif, timeline optins or social post press?
