Victim of a Con - Please help

So recently I was a victim of a con! . I wrote articles for a guy that claimed he would pay me after 200 articles at the rate of $4.00 per article.. I finished my last batch of articles and now I haven't heard back from him in a couple weeks. Is there anything I can do? I don't know his personal info, and I don't know his paypal id... This was my first project working for him, I checked his email info and no luck getting anything useful... Just wondering, 1.) is there a way I can find out his personal info and 2.) if i do find out, what can I do about it? This sucks!. This guy owes me $800!! ... By the way, all transactions were made through email, if that helps any. Also, I do not have the option of selling the articles to someone else, he has already published them

Well it was really foolish of you to go without paying for atleast 2 weeks( I assume thats how much time it took you to write the articles) and honestly there is NOTHING you can do.

As has been said above, you've learned an expensive lesson!

You might be able to gleen some more info from the sites where the articles have been published but, to be honest, I wouldn't even waste your time.

Suggest you package the articles and sell cheaply as PLR on Tradebit, DP etc.

Next time, be careful to people who you are dealing with. You never know what they are up to.

Keep searching for phrases from your articles on google. This way you'll find his sites. If he's using PPC ads, you can clickbomb them. If he's selling affiliate products, you can spam forums and blogs with his site's address and people will start complaining to his affiliate company and his affiliate account will be banned.

There is always a solution. Use psychology. If you have a gmail account, go to inbox, open any received e-mail from that guy click on the little arrow on the right in the email, select "Show Original" and look for this line:
Return-Path: <email of that guy here>
Received: from server here ([IP OF THAT GUY HERE])

Go to whois domaintools (google for it, I can't post links) copy & paste his IP and you get his provider. Write a long statement that says you know his provider therefore you know where he lives (it's a little lie, because internet provider can provide his street address through warrant only). Also don't forget to mention that he can expect a cops knocking on his door in the coming days. This should scare him.

(btw you can get his IP from any e-mail service, just look for the e-mail code)
