Viceoffers wire payment never received

If there is anyone from viceoffers that can help me with this issue, it would greatly be appreciated. I recently started promoting viceoffers because it seems to be a really good network with friendly managers and many offers and I had a invoice created to receive my first payment. After initial delay of my pay for more wire information, I was told that a wire payment had been sent. After waiting for the wire for a day I called my bank and they said from their end, a wire payment was never recieved and they see no evidence a payment was ever sent to my account... and they said that wires post to accounts same day. Since then, I have been trying desperately to contact their payment support and others And I am nolonger getting a response. So I'm reaching out to any viceoffer managers on here that can help me resolve this issue and send my pay some other way, like PayPal. I would really like to continue using them but just would like to receive first payment to feel more comfortable about the networks legitimacy...

I handle ViceOffer payouts and check payout emails almost daily.
I'm sure this is taken care of by now since we have no wire payouts pending. (but can't check your issue cause I don't know which aff you are)
