Viber API + Script bulk message sender

I need API to send messages to millions of recipient in Viber:

The API + Script must :
- get list of phone numbers and check who is active in Viber
- Upload contacts via XLS, TXT, CSV
- Type texts or upload images
- Generate report after sending with full status (Delivered / Seen).
- Prevent Whatsapp and Viber from stopping the registered tel number after sending a few hundred messages.
- Good if this program will make screenshots!
Please bid only if you can handle this project and you are experienced in this field.

He is talking about reverse engineering the private api of Viber. And even then, I dont think this would be possible.

If you sent too much, you are going to be put into a limit/block for sure.
