Hi, my band just scored a VEVO account, I don't know any other unsigned/independent artists with one...

Does anybody who has experience faking views for them know if they were working for VEVO, one of the record labels that OWN VEVO, an unrelated record label or the band themselves?

I want to compete with the major label artists on there, but I don't want to lose my account due to fake activity.

Would love to hear from anybody that has experience with this!

VEVO payout rate is around $3 per 1000 views!

Thanks!

Firstly, Mobile views will earn you nothing. Real views cost money.. more than you'd get from ad revenue. Promote your bands youtube videos and use a website like YouLikeHits to get subscribers/free views/likes but don't be dependent on it, use it to help or start things off.

Man, I know for a fact that VEVO have botted their videos in the past via members here. Mobile views, you wont even get the $3/1000 because they can see that it isn't monentizable, you'll only get that $3/1000 for monentizable views.

I'd say you're safe, but if you don't want to take the risk don't do it :P

Lol. I know of quite a few unsigned bands and artists that have a VEVO page.

I agree with the person above me. Don't rely too much on them. Fake views will work just don't buy 1 million fake views in one day. I suggest you buy somewhere between 10,000 - 50,000 fake views just to kickstart things.

If you get too aggressive with competing it'll be easier to catch you out.

LMAO, instead of buying low quality fake views, go for the views that have full retention at least. Their is a view definitive list here made by Dragonlord that offers information on which sites offer long view retention. Rank the video, earn by osmosis of real views and featured shares, and you will earn your $3 per 1k views very easily. Keep up by either going with the low grid of 600 solid 100% viewer retention views per day to jumpstart (which costs nothing but time), or go buy low retention views simply because you think your video will rank faster that way.

Thanks for the advice guys, it's not to earn money from, I just want the videos to look more appealing...

I have a small fan-base, can probably get a few thousand views myself with some social networking promotion, but it's nothing compared to bigger VEVO artists.

Also you can't do any SEO on the videos, they title them and type the description, you don't get the login info...

So I don't know how to drive more traffic from the rest of youtube towards it?

Well if SEO isn't an option then social traffic is your best bet

Hallo, any update?
I would like to send fake Hi quality views to a vevo channel.
Do you think it would be ok? O r i will be benned?
Is it going to be profitable? I am going to pay $1 per 1K views. Hi quality HR targeted.

So you didn't get the account for money, you got it to look legit. But you aren't getting views in the first place so you don't look legit. Seems futile.

deliver views to vevo is a completely different algorithm. still possible just costs a little bit more.
