Veterans ..help me out here

    Ordered from a member for some product/service ..was told delivery will be in ten days ..
    told the customer as such and customer ok'ed
    placed the order , paid and work started
    then vendor started delaying and we went over the 10 days ..customer was unhappy but manageable for a few days
    then vendor promised "today" for sure ..but nothing delivered ( i screwed up and told customer , yes product is coming asap )
    another few days and customer cancelled ..no fault of his now since he did give me some extra days ..and i dont blame him ..its was a simple job
    vendor still has not delivered ..i am out money i paid to the vendor who is not refunding after multiple requests ..
    whats my options ?

    I read your post and thats very sad. Have you reported the member on the site. What is your seller saying about the delivery? Is he still in contact with you? I think such scammers and buggers should be thrown out of this world. This is pathetic and miserable. i hope u get your money back soon

    Only resort now is a shitlist thread.

    This way, you might get your refund, and everyone else will know not to use this person.

    Contact a mod about a shitlist thread ASAP. If everything's fine, the shitlist will get deleted, else you'll get your refund - the system's fair, the seller won't be unjustly punished if he's right.

    That is exactly what i have been debating .. i am a very generous person i think and i did try my best
    even called him and was told " do whatever you have to do " and hung up on
    but really is that how we handle customers ?
    fuck i am the first one to admit if i make a mistake and will gladly make up for it in any way i can , including refunds , but to ignore a customer ?

    Who is that member? It sounds like the banned member Kimi as the recent incidents were about delays and non-delivered services.

    More importantly how did you pay this guy? From now on you have to think about doing a charge-back and
    warning other people so they do not lose money.

    Hope you can get this sorted. One of the worst feelings is reselling and the supplier screws you.
    What's worse more than the money is your reputation being hurt.

    yes i will inititate cb and helps to have a paypal account which has seen a few zeroes more than what i lost here

    I am going to give them another day or so and then post in the shitlist thread
