Veteran SMS/Email buyer seeking Facebook consulation

Hey guys! I work for a company that has been successful largely in the Email and SMS affiliate space. (7 figure rev months). With that, much of our traffic is outsourced and we're looking to do more in-house (Facebook and Google BH stuff); an area which is fairly new to us. My boss has tasked me with finding resources for this so any information from beginner setup to more advanced stuff like account farms and cloaking would be much appreciated.

What is it that we need in 2020, and where can we find these resources/tools?
