Very Valuable Expired Domain Names

Are these $300 domain names valuable?

delightedbydesserts.com​

backlink: Washingtonpost.com, Businessinsider.com, Foxnews.com, Eater.com, Wgbh.org, Spoonuniversity.com, Sparkpeople.com, Macaronikid.com, and Metroweekly.com, and more
Anchor Text: Anchor text profile is clean, diversified and consists of mostly branded, generic terms and URLs.

The domain is spammed with "online poker" anchors. Spam that has been going on for a while now, targetting dropping domains. As far as I am aware it's a GSA exploit. Doesn't look too good, but should be harmless. I avoid domains that are spammed this way, but that's just me being too touchy.

The domain does not contain the backlinks you listed. No Washingtonpost, no Foxnews. It has Eater though and Entrepreneur.

Rest seems clean.

It's not worth $300. Those 10K+ spammy backlinsk are a deal breaker for me. For $300 you can find something better.
 
Agree for high authority backlinks pointed with this domain but there is a risk to rank or even index on google.

Auction domains are usually overpriced. The relevance of links and their role in search results can be significantly reduced. If you intercept domains before the auction, the effect will be higher. In my opinion, it is better to pay a domain broker than an auction owner.

He is suggesting absolute bollocks. Your average broker is around $100, regardless of whether he can get you the domain or not. You may get 1 out of 10 that you want and then you have to actually pay for it. So you already start at $1000 + the domain price.
For that you can get a decent firepower already and you don't have to waste time and energy on brokers and whatnot.

If you have some specific domain that you simply must have, go for the broker. If not, stick with the auctions.

In my case, brokers are not so expensive. $50 for the service + $20 for the domain. The service is that with the help of bots (working through the API of the domain registrar). And yes - in many countries there is a very high price - for a domain broker

Well that's not a broker, that's a dropcatch service. That's something completely different.

You use broker to get a live website. You use dropcatch service, like Dropcatch.com, etc. to catch a pending delete domain the milisecond it drops.

With most of these dropcatch services though, if there are multiple backorders, the domain enters auction anyway. Dropcatch, Namejet, etc.

I agree, there can be confusion in terms. But the essence of this does not change - auction domains that have been on the stock for more than a year lose their metrics very much.

Yeah its the 'netsoltrademark.php' shit from the Fast Indexer engine. Doesn't do a thing cuz you need to index those links for them to be any worth. It just helps list sellers to bulk out their offerings
