Very Unusual Situation

Today during my expired domain crawls I stumbled across a ready made business, with potentially huge...profits (among other things - read on) All set up and pretty much ready to go other than registering and running the website. 10K monthly searches for this term, current first page listings (the website is still indexed and ranked) and 'suppliers' that supply goods independently.

The business? An escorting directory targetted at a specific city. This is no joke. Based on the internet archive of the page, which is complete with all of the images necessary to run the site taken by the girls themselves...the girls work independently and presumably pay a monthly listing fee or the website used to operate on a model close to this, rather than being a pimping website that accepts bookings. So what would you do? It's a bit strong for my tastes and not something I'd ever entertain running. I suppose my main potential course of action is buying the site and selling it back to the owner or one of the competitors, answers on a post card.

Another idea that's just came to me is to register the site and use it for adult traffic CPA ads, or live cams...never an area I've considered entering though I must be honest!

If the girls aren't underage sex-slaves and the service isn't illegal I'd buy it. What country is it for, not the USA I bet.

If you have time and energy to buy the site and bring it back to use then thats a good startegy to go for.
but its tons of headache and i basically would not bother spending my time in functioning something like that...

buying and reselling (flipping) is easy and requires no effort but probably wont cash out with much of it...

If I am not mistaken the domain of this site is expired, so OP want to recreate the site on the domain, and try to get it up back and running..
