Very specific domain

I recently started with IM and SEO again and was searching for domains. I found this one expired domain with PR3, DA 18 and PA 24. THe problem is it's a very specific political domain with a name that could only go about one thing. While I probably am not going to use it myself as I write nothing on the political subject, would it be a good domain for someones PBN about politics?
