I started Instagram about 3 months ago with one my account @fitnessfoodieinsta, and I only have 1.5k followers. I want to know, what is the problem with my account?

I post 4 times a day about fitness food / meal prep, and I run a bot that follows about 360 people a day based off a list of fitness and lifestyle hashtags. Whenever I try to go above 360 people a day I get soft banned, so I can't increase the amount I follow. My follow back rate is only like 20-30%.

I post photos I find online and tried paid shoutouts but with no results. My endgame my rate is 8%.

I have another account I started a week ago called @travelandwandering that has better prospects but still not much better. If it continues at the follower rate I'm going I'll have 6300 followers by the end of 3 months, but from what I've read you should have 15k by 3 months.

I've applied to a couple engagement groups but received no response.

Based off this information, is it possible to tell me what I am doing wrong?

Damn those are beautiful photos of food. Congrats on your work.

What is "wrong" is not really wrong - but it's very very obvious.

Where are the big round asses and tits in bikinis??

I'm not kidding. Social networks unfortunately work by measuring popularity, not sheer quality. You need quality to remain there, but to grow you need a dose of innuendo.

With this in mind. Where's the "malice" in your IG?

You'll need to hire a model to pose with this food and to tell the world "look if you eat this food you'll be like me". Soon as there's a hot chick on those photos, the men will come and the women come after them. That's how the fitness niche works.

Thanks for the advice, will implement this. I think I'll change the account from meal prep to just food + models.

Do you have any advice for the followbot? Like any changes I should make?

Maybe you should also test sharing some recipies for the meals you are displaying in the description or just its ingredients

Your users should answer the question: what's in it for me?

The food is nice....but what's in it for me? Will I get fit and score chicks? Will I be able too cook and impress others? Etc. Your IG is missing the "what's in it for me".

Posts are decent but not great. Try and use more HQ pics, take a look at @detoxpage, notice how their pictures are better quality, lots of colors and look very attractive.

Also 20-30% followback for a fit food page is normal, i've ran 20ish in the past and thats about the correct ratio.
So if you follow 7500 you should see about 1500-2250~ followers. The 15k followers in 3 months is usually niches like cars, luxury, babes.

Try a more targeted approach to your following. Try following users that engage(like/comment) with posts of others accounts in your niche.

Instagram changed allot in the last 6 months, find some telegram groups and focus on your main account. The follow/unfollow doesn't work good anymore.
