Very intersting observations from an Insider

So there was this guy on Reddit who got recently verified on facebook and instagram. And suddenly something interesting happened. He discovered how the famous are boosting their profiles. Might be not something total new for long time member here, but definitly interesting to know.

Here is what he described:

1. Suddenly he got a lot of invitations into "verified only" groups on instagram
2. He got approached by a guy who asked him a lot of question how he get famous to see if he is legit
3. In the group you are with other verified (high quality) profiles, up to 50 per group
4. Every post you make and publish in the group gets commented, liked and saved by everyone in the group. The advantage over the common Instagram Pods: They are real verfified users and for this really boost your presence (unlike these normal Instagram Pods)
5. You can get high quality followers and likes, he describes it that they are "bought from normal people and then run by bots". If this really is the case, I dont know
6. You can get fake news PR. For a heavy fee you get promoted on some news-recycling websites that write articles about you
7. There are ghostwriters in the group to help you write a book and even making professional photoshoots with you + negotiate bulk purchases for the book
8. Want to get better known with recognizable names? "B-list stars are available to promo you and act like they know you for the same price as their appearance fee. Now you look extra famous!"

What in my opinion is so interesting about this: The quality and the professionality they seem to acting on.

From experience of others, the normal engagement pods and fake followers do either nothing or are hurting your presence.
But with the amount of verified-engagement groups, the question is: Can you even grow without beeing in some of them?
Some artist even wrote under the post:

As an aspiring author, this really depressed me. You know most of this is bs and it’s all stacked against you, but seeing confirmations like this is really demoralizing.

Why I view this with a grain of salt: Are verified profiles in a complete different category really helping you boost your visibility? For example you have a traveling profile and someone posting memes is liking your content. Will that really help you or even hurt you with non-targeting, uninterested followers?

Another questions: Are there even top-tier engagement groups with people 500k+ followers? Just some days ago there was a thread where someone asked how a specific instagram model is growing so fast. This could be one of the answers.

That's not new, it is called networking. There's lots of niche related groups to support each other, doesn't have to be verified accounts necessarily.

Nothing wrong with what they’re doing now is it true unless @t0mmy decides to give a free review copy and make us a verified user can’t comment on it he may know more of this groups though

Thought nothing new? Maybe I don't get it right here? Those IG influencer etc their likes and followers actually some are buy ones . Perhaps they also know , buy likes , followers , comments at first than from there is all auto . Real followers and likes will come but of course still need to depend how the influencer him/her self doing like the contents , picture but come iG I check those Influencers all standards ....Pose sexy photo , food photo . beside sponsor stuffs
